I received my master’s in social work from Wayne State University with a focus on psychodynamic theory. My role as a therapist is to cultivate a safe environment where you can show up as your authentic self. My passion is working with clients who have experienced childhood trauma and helping my clients to understand the thoughts and behaviors that follow this kind of trauma. I want to work collaboratively with you through the challenges you face, no matter how big or small they may seem. I believe the quality of your relationship with your therapist is an important part of the healing process that develops over time.

I enjoy working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, complex PTSD, attachment, ADHD, chronic illness/pain, and relationship and familial issues. I look at issues through a holistic lens that includes systems of oppression that impact my clients. I use a trauma-informed approach along with a variety of therapy methods to meet your needs and goals. I aim to alleviate current distress that is bringing you into therapy while also working through deeper issues to maintain long term-stability. It would be an honor to support you in accessing your own strength to make the changes you desire.

Outside of work I enjoy reading, camping, music, making art, traveling, TikTok, watching tv/movies, and gardening.
