She/They

Recognizing the ever-present barriers and the unlimited potential, I aspire to connect individuals to supports that affirm their experiences and transform their futures. Promoting justice-rooted practice, my soul’s work is grounded in dismantling oppressive systems, destigmatizing therapy, and deepening our connection to holistic healing.

I have a bachelor’s in political science and Afro-American studies and a master’s in social work from The University of Michigan. My therapeutic style is an extension of my unapologetic personal embodiment and unwavering professional commitment to liberation. It is strengths- based, culturally competent, spiritually nurturing, trauma-informed, LGTBQ+ affirming, and client-centered. Within my practice, I integrate foundations from education, advocacy, creative arts, and counseling. I work with folx navigating various factors including but not limited to mental health, substance use, homelessness, grief, histories of trauma, unemployment, work- life balance, academic challenges, immigration status, impacts of oppression, interpersonal relationship conflicts, negative body image, sexual orientation, gender expression, and identity acceptance.

Honoring your identity and experiences, I will provide a safe and intentional space for you to be seen, heard, and supported. Know that YOU MATTER. Your ability to not only survive but thrive is important to me. Whether you are looking for a new therapy experience or reaching out for the first time, I celebrate your journey towards healing. Radical wellbeing is necessary for collective and self-care.
