Welcome! Together we will work to identify your strengths and how you can use them to overcome your challenges. I provide a non-judgmental environment where every part of your identity is honored and where you can feel safe to be your full self. I hope to support you in exploring the parts of yourself in need of healing or strengthening.

I provide individual and group psychedelic integration therapy, adventure therapy, and eco therapy. I’m passionate about providing care around experiences often neglected in mainstream therapeutic services including ethical non-monogamy, kink, queerness, neurodiversity, systems of structural oppression, spirituality, and intergenerational trauma. I also believe in joy as a modality for healing and want to help you identify sources of joy in your life.

I believe in the power of storytelling, and I am here to listen to your story. You are the expert on your life, and I approach the therapeutic process with humility and an open ear. I want to help you find workable solutions and helpful strategies for addressing your challenges.

I treat every person with dignity and respect because every person deserves to thrive. I believe that Black Lives Matter and quality mental healthcare should be accessible to everyone. I hope to see an end to the racist war on drugs in my lifetime, and understand the use of substances and/or behaviors through a harm reduction lens.

Some of the things that bring me joy are dance, fungus identification, slacklining, singing, and spinning things on fire.
