Carly Podzikowski, LLP

Pronouns:
She/Her

My name is Carly Podzikowski (she/her) and I am an early career clinician, on my second career path. I am passionate about working with folks living with chronic and invisible illnesses and have a first-hand understanding of what that can entail as a person living with Multiple Sclerosis. I have first-hand and professional experience working with folks who are neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD), experiencing transitioning life events, navigating gender identity and sexuality, grief, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and challenging or toxic workplaces. My therapeutic approach incorporates humanistic psychology, existentialism, inclusive feminism, anti-racism, and the mindbody connection. As a humanistically trained psychotherapist, I will work with each client to find the best strategies for them. I welcome you to reach out if this style resonates with you. I look forward to connecting with you.
