Our Space:
Our lives are filled with crossroads that often can stress, confuse, or activate us. Leaving us feeling isolated, misunderstood, or frustrated about what lies before us. Which requires us a space to explore, engage and process all that we are experiencing. Our space that will represent “Come as you are”. Where you are encouraged to be your authentic self without the barriers and expectations often found in our day-to-day lives. You are the expert on you, which is something I am humbled and honored to get to know during our sessions. Sessions where we can collaborate alongside your journey of restorative healing.

Approach:
I work with individual, couples, and poly+ therapy. My work is centered around empowering my clients by utilizing their strengths and resiliency. It’s my goal to develop a secure therapeutic relationship that gives us the space, and frameworks to achieve the goals you have set. I utilize many different theoretical frameworks and integrate them into our approach based on what may work best for you. Such as collaborative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and somatic therapy. All underneath an anti-oppression framework.

Specialties: LGBTQ+, polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, couples counseling, sex related challenges, neurodivergence, somatic therapy, emotion focused therapy, grief & loss, anxiety, depression, collaborative therapy.
