Hello! My name is Secret, and I am a limited-licensed therapist, a certified reiki master, and a certified crystal healer. I love working with clients to help guide them on their healing journey. I specialize in spirituality, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. I like to work with adolescents and young adults; however, I am open to working with all clients, no matter their backgrounds. I have a passion for helping clients get to the root of their mental health problems so that they will be liberated by ensuring that I provide a safe space for those who often feel unheard. My treatment modalities include a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and meditation. My mission in life is to spread love and compassion and to help as many people as I can on their healing journey so that they can become the best version of themselves. On my own time, I enjoy anything related to spirituality, including meditation, nature, reading, and shopping at metaphysical stores. I also enjoy watching science fiction movies, superhero movies, and, most recently, anime. I look forward to working with you during your healing journey!
